"Fried" Potatoes with Kielbasa

Ingredients:
2 medium golden potatoes
Half a red onion
Half a pack of kielbasa
Old Bay
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Umami seasoning
Grapeseed oil
Preparation:
Thickly cube potatoes and mince onions. Coat both in oil and liberally add seasonings to taste. Slice kielbasa into medium thickness slices. Oil your pan or airfryer basket. Preheat airfryer to 370 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for ~15 minutes, or until fork tender.
Notes:
Pairs really well with gochujang sauce or a fried egg on top, but is great alone too. This was highly praised by my neighbor!
